Re-grow your veggies!
Lately I’m obsessed with growing and re-growing pieces of used vegetables due to the difficulties shopping during this Coronavirus and “Stay-at-home” order. I think I’m not the only one as I see many photos of friend’s vegetable replanting. Anyway, I hope it will turn into something yummy, if not, little micro greens. Above you have my carrot tops and a lettuce top growing and on this side I have beet greens! I can’t wait till it’s warm enough to plant these outside! I’m ready to regrow just about anything and am inspired by all the youtube videos out there! Let me know if you have any luck or other tips and tricks.
