Kale chips are easy to make and yummy. Have them as a snack, use them as a garnish to your dishes or even on top of soup.
I love playing around with different spices, but this spice, 7 Japanese spice is really nice and interesting to add to just about anything savory.
This time I used olive oil to coat my garden grown baby kale along with sprinkled togorashi. I love this spice blend because it has depth and heat-add it to cooked veggies, grilled steak, fish, chicken.. it kicks up the flavors to your dishes. Enjoy!
