I really love Costco for certain things, and oddly most of my favorite things, happen to be French products-the Perrier, Cheese, wine, Madeleines… and so on.
These St Michel cookies seemed to be a steal, for $9 a tin, but now they are on sale for $6 till the end of the month.
These cookies make great gifts. I love having gifts on hand for last minute birthdays, a host gifts, a cheer-up gift -these are great for any occasion. And they are great to put in a lunch box. Plus, the tin can be used for many things, like storing spaghetti or a utensil holder for the kitchen!
3 large, flaky buttery, salty cookies come nicely wrapped. There are 38 cookies to a tin-funny, they say a serving size is 2, yet they’ve wrapped 3 cookies together. It’s hard to just stop at two… they are addictive.
Well, that’s all for now as I’m off to go buy more cookies before they run out… I’m not sure this will remain a staple at Costco. Enjoy!
Hi I’m Karine. This photo is me goofing off, trying to be the mid-century housewife in our kitchen in California. We now live in Detroit, Michigan –a big change and a bigger kitchen! But no matter where I live food and cooking remains my passion. I hope I can motivate you, give you ideas or share with each other food stories, cooking dreams and goals.
