Holiday Crack

Warning: Highly Addictive!
I have no will power when it comes to these delicately crisp little treats. Holiday crack will nag your sweet tooth until you eat more. I find myself saying just a little, I’ll take half, then another little half and then 1/4 and then, well you know the story- Well, the scary thing is these only take 4 ingredients and 15 minutes to make, along with 1 hr set up time in the fridge!!! Which makes them great to give away for holiday treats and get them out of your sight! They keep in your fridge for up to a week- if your lucky to have it last that long…. I wrapped up 5 little bags and tied them tight, so the temptation to open them, will be harder. they will go to friends. Sometimes around this time of year, a simple diet is to share half the treats 🙂
I hope you enjoy. The fun thing about these is not only are they easy, but you can get creative…. top them with anything- I chose pecans… but you could put white chocolate, other nuts, candy cane, mini marshmallows, coconut flakes, granola or nothing… that is what is great about them, even with just 4 ingredients, they are beyond yummy!!!
I hope you enjoy and don’t kill me for sharing… maybe you have more will power than me.
