This is a great pizza crust if you are lowering your gluten intake and it's delicious
If you have a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet, place in the oven and preheat to 450 F
Place chickpeas and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add cornstarch, oregano, salt, pepper, cayenne and process until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed
Add parmesan and egg or if making vegan, add vegan cheese and aqua fava (chickpea juice)
Spoon chickpea puree onto a large piece of parchement paper. Spread out with a spatula to about 12 inch cirlce.
Slide crust with parchement onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake till lightly browned, for about 15 minutes.
Heat up tomato sauce and spread over crust, leaving 1/2 inch border. Add whatever toppings you want. I did sausage, onion, mozzarella and brocolli rabe.
Cook pizza for about 10 minutes.
