Coconut Lime Sorbet

Easy, yummy and vegan!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp lime zest
  • 1/2 cup lime juice

Instructions

  1. To a medium saucepan set coconut milk and sugar on medium heat, until sugar disolves. Take off flame and add lime juice and zest. Transfer to an ice bath and let cool before adding to ice cream maker. Let churn till sorbet consistency- 20 minutes or more.
